About the Role:

As the Night Audit Supervisor at Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all nightly financial transactions. You will oversee the night audit team and ensure that all duties are performed efficiently and effectively. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data will be crucial in identifying and resolving any discrepancies. You will also be responsible for preparing daily reports and communicating any issues to the appropriate departments. Your role will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in night audit or accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Experience with hotel property management systems
  • Supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of local and state regulations related to hotel operations

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the night audit team and ensure all duties are performed accurately and efficiently
  • Analyze financial data and identify and resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare daily reports and communicate any issues to the appropriate departments
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all nightly financial transactions
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees during the overnight hours

Skills:

As the Night Audit Supervisor, you will utilize your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all nightly financial transactions. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in communicating any issues to the appropriate departments. You will also use your knowledge of hotel property management systems and local and state regulations related to hotel operations to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. Additionally, your supervisory experience will be valuable in overseeing the night audit team and ensuring all duties are performed accurately and efficiently.
