You'll Be Responsible For:

* Strengthening relationships with vendors through timely processing and payments.
* Demonstrate integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.
* Comply with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
* Review and process invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
* Execute account reconciliation for invoices, including general journal entries and other General Ledger activities as needed.
* Utilize approved vendor websites to order and track necessary lab supplies.
* Assist the immediate Supervisor with special assignments and projects.
* Perform additional administrative office duties, including sorting mail, greeting and signing in guests and vendors, filing, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

You'll Bring With You:

* Relevant degree and working history in Financial services.
* Strong understanding and knowledge of finance, bookkeeping, and accounting.
* Superb time management and communication skills, with excellent follow-through.
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Accounting Programs (e.g., PeachTree).
* 3-6 years of experience in a previous accounting role, preferably in the CDMO/CRO space.
* Ability to work in a team environment where timely delivery is essential.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work 20 hours/week in Canton, MA
