One Call Electrical, Heating & Cooling Service has been the ‘go-to’ interior home service company for NJ homeowners for the past 27 years. With a top of the line customer service team and our Professionally Trained Technicians, we are able to provide high-quality service while building a family-like relationship with our client base.

Role

As an In-Home HVAC Sales Professional, you will act as a consultant for our homeowners in need. This is a role built on effective communication and being able to not only find the problems with one's HVAC system, but educate homeowners on the importance of solving their problems with us.

In conjunction with our name, this will be a one-call-close position, so we expect a high level performer who desires sitting down each and every day with homeowners and having difficult conversations in order to generate revenue and more loyalty amongst our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Follow up diligently and consistently with past sales for referrals and reviews
  • Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the “notes” section of CRM
  • Educate prospects on our products and services as an industry expert
  • Allow the Director of Sales to shadow calls and give feedback
  • Available 8am - 6pm most days
  • Use both internal and external resources to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and industry
  • Collaborate with the team to formulate ideas on how to best serve our clients
  • Be mindful of any emerging patterns of negative feedback from clients and report to the Director of Sales
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent growth in skills

Results 

  • All prospects are properly moved in CRM and information is documented on client details so service staff has proper expectations by EOD
  • A close rate of 40% of appointments issued is maintained
  • Sales stats sheet is updated M-F by 8 pm EST
  • There is an effective line of communication among the team in which all necessary information is communicated promptly
  • Sales Professional remains well-versed in the latest product offerings through continued education/training
  • All internal communication cycles are properly followed

Requirements:

  • Experience with In-Home Sales
  •  Excellent communicator and question asker
  • Must be great at presenting
  • Open to learning new processes in sales
  • Are routine driven
  • Open to growing rapidly
  • Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
  • Well-organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Sales Leader

Salary: Performance Based
