* Clinic is located inside the Rainy Lake Medical Center
* Monday- Friday
* No call
* 1 day per week of outreach to Baudette
* EMR: EPIC with Kaleidescope module
* CPOA tech - does refractors and takes pressures
* 3 opticians and 2 receptionists
* Full retail/optical on site

Compensation Package

* Compensation floor of $166,000 for the first two years of the employment contract
* In addition, a $50,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
