This is a full-time internship position for our Summer Rotation, from June 3, 2024 through early December 2024 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

This intern will provide support to the Executive Assistant to the Executive VP Finance & CFO as well as the Executive VP Operations.

There are numerous projects and tasks that are included in this exciting role, for candidates interested in administrative tasks, as well as company policy. This unique role provides access and support to all level of management at BMW NA, and aboard

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in Record retention set up
* Create PowerPoint presentations
* Support townhall arrangements as necessary
* Responsible for travel arrangements and scheduling meetings
* Process improvements in accordance with company policy
* Ad hoc day-to-day support

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30.

The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20.

Qualifications

Requirements:

* Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master's degree program at an accredited college or university
* Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
* Have completed at least 30 college credit hours at time of application
* Field of study: Business, Marketing, or other related field
* Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
* Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)
* Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only)
* Detail oriented while able to handle multiple projects at once
* Adaptable, able to work in a fast pace environment

Preferences:

* Basic administrative skills/experience a plus
