We build long-term relationships with our clients and assist them with daily functions like companionship, meal preparation, personal care assistance, safety supervision and more. Job Requirements: * Experience as a caregiver or similar role * Weekend availability is preferred * Overnight availability is REQUIRED * Reliability & dependability * Valid driver's license and reliable car * Smartphone * Ability to pass a criminal background check * Covid-19 vaccination is preferred * Compassionate Benefits We Offer: * WEEKLY PAY- Direct Deposit * Medical Benefits with United Healthcare-Offered to all caregivers working over 35 hours/week and have been with us for at least 90 days. * Variety of shifts include overnights, morning, and afternoon. * Paid training offered to further growth and education. * Paid sick time accrued by each employee when they start work. * Referral Bonus up to $50 for each referral. * 401K program with up to a 5% employer match - available 6 months after start of employment. * Competitive Pay-Negotiable based on experience and availability.
