Position Summary:

This position will be in the Corporate Finance Division and will be responsible for the processing, coding and timely payment of all vendor invoices and expense report payments for all locations and units.


Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting
  • Update and maintain vendor
  • Process monthly bills, code, and enter into the computer
  • Payment of all company invoices in a timely
  • Process expense reports and
  • Coordinate and maintain credit card requests and
  • Prepare weekly and monthly company utilization
  • Assist in the month-end close
  • Backup for other department positions when needed on miscellaneous job
  • Assist with multiple tasks to complete the company’s annual
  • Complete or assist projects as assigned by

Education: 

High School Diploma or equivalent required.  Formal accounting or business education preferred.

 

 Experience:

3+ years of related experience.  High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.  Knowledge of an automated financial enterprise system preferred.

 

Travel Expectations:

Very limited travel expected, which if occurs would consist of visiting the company locations, attending seminars or business meetings.  Less than 10% travel.
