Position
The Bartender is responsible for making, mixing and pouring alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A Bartender provides friendly, cheerful, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all guests. Functionally reports to the Restaurant Manager and instructs the Barback.

What You'll Do
ENSURE A HIGH-QUALITY OPERATION
* Prepares drinks, serves wine, bottle beer and draft beer.
* Follow all company cash handling procedures
* Interact with guests, takes orders and serve drinks.
* Maintains a clean, organized and sanitary bar that meets both company as well as Department of Health standards
* Complies with all Liquor Authority standards
* Stores, labels and dates all fruit and perishable items according to policy
* Prepares items on production sheets for the barbacks to pull and stock
* Completes all waste logs as required
* Performs other duties as required or assigned
Requirements
Qualifications
* Basic Knowledge of Beer and Wine
* Excellent Communication Skills
* High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Job Requirements
* Availability to work a flexible schedule often including nights, weekends and holidays
* Ability to remain stationary for periods up to 8 hours in length
* Ability to reach, bend, stoop and exert well-paced mobility
* Ability to use draft, wine keys, cash registers and POS Systems
