Duties include operating various types of mowing machinery, front end loaders and utility tractors. Assigned duties will also include performing all levels of landscape and irrigation system maintenance; pruning trees and shrubs; OR maintaining softball and soccer fields; and may include cleaning restrooms and inspecting playgrounds. Must be able to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance and have a valid Class C Texas driver's license. Two years of related experience required. A commercial driver's license (CDL), tree climbing experience and forestry maintenance background may be beneficial.

 documented attendance or disciplinary issues will receive an additional one-time payment of $1000.
* The maximum amount of hiring incentive that an individual employee may receive is $3,000.
