Front of House Responsibilities:

  • Genuinely greets our guests and later provides them with a fond farewell
  • Takes guests’ order and briskly delivers food to them using our elevated language of hospitality whether outside in the Drive-Thru or inside in the Dinning Room
  • Moves with purpose to provide fast and accurate service
  • Works quickly as a team to make, organize, and package food and beverage orders
  • Follows all food and service safety standards while staying coachable
  • Takes pride in a proactive approach to a clean workspace
  • Operates with honor, dignity, respect and uncommon kindness
  • Practices strong communication to fellow team members and departments to provide a seamless guest experience

Back of House Responsibilities:
