Qualifications

Qualifications:

* Relevant certifications (e.g ACE, NASM, ACSM, CSCS) are highly desirable, or a degree in the following fields: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Science.


* Experience: You have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fitness industry. Your confident and caring nature, along with your ability to build relationships and handle objections, will contribute to driving new clients and increasing revenue.


* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively educate, motivate, and inspire clients. Active listening skills are essential.


* Client Experience Expectation: A client-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and provide exceptional customer experience to clients.


* Motivational Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate individuals to achieve their fitness goals through effective coaching and support.


* Adaptability: Flexibility to work with clients of different ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds, adapting training programs to suit their specific needs and preferences.


* Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple clients, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.


* CPR/AED Certification: Current certification in CPR and AED is required, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment.


* Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and behavior, adhering to ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
