Administrative Assistant

This position is hiring immediately Apply today This position is a temporary role through April 30th.
Duties:
- Handling the writing of letters and reports and other types of documents
- Develop relationships with clients as they have questions or need additional informaiton
- Will be working on deadlines to finish projects
- Will need to be able to multi task and support multiple people.
- Answering phones as needed.
Skills:
- Critically important that the right candidate be very computer savvy and able to self identify work that needs to be completed.
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service, both written and verbal
- Familiar with and able to use the various Microsoft Office programs
- Solid typing and grammatical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and able to focus.
- Outstanding work ethic and a commitment to performing at a high level
