Your Impact and Job Responsibilities

* Greet all residents and guests that come into the community. Open doors for residents and assist with baggage when necessary.
* Establish and maintain good relations with all residents, prospective residents, and vendors. Communicate in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
* Maintain a clean and orderly front desk and lobby area.
* Provide access for guests, delivery, and service personnel at the request of management and residents. Maintain contractor and visitor log. Obtain identification as required.
* Monitor entrances and exits.
* Assist with resident and guest inquiries, package deliveries, and directions.

What You'll Bring- Desired Skills and Experience

* Availability to work a flexible schedule any day of the week
* Evenings, weekends and/or holidays may be required
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
