What You'll Be Doing
CarePoint Health is seeking experienced team members, possessing exemplary patient care skills and knowledge with professionalism, cooperation and accountability, to join our System Float Pool. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad scope of patient care within the following specialty areas while working assignments at each of the hospitals within CarePoint Health.
Responsibilities:
* Assesses plans, administers, and evaluates patients receiving all respiratory care modalities as ordered by a physician or as delineated by medical center protocols.
* Responsible for the delivery of respiratory care services to the in-patient, out-patient and emergency room population.
* Actively participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team in the delivery of quality patient care.
* Provides emergency, critical care, and general care respiratory services to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
What We're Looking For
* Graduate of A.M.A. approved school for Respiratory Care; A.A.S minimum degree required
* Must have NJ Respiratory Care License
* Must have C. R. T. and R. R. T.
* Must have CPR certification, ACLS and PALS preferred
* Must have experience in Critical Care, Pediatric and Floor care
