Board Certification preferred Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Excel in Microsoft office suites such as Word and Excel. Recognizes and reports practice deviations to improve the medication system. Communication with pharmacy, nursing, medical staff and other health professionals (within the hospital and community) will be significant. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, based on physical, psychosocial, educational, safety and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served. The skills and knowledge needed to provide such care may be gained through education, training, or experience. Pay Range = $58.14 - $92.86
