In this role, you will:

* Partner in the creation of a data environment that supports reporting needs and enables business decision making primarily focused on different aspects of Loyalty solutions and card benefits.


* Have a strong foundational knowledge of financials and business metrics to build effective solutions that simplify and automate processes, ability to build out data flow charts , lay out comprehensive data requirements.


* Work closely with the business to capture and translate business requirements into technical requirements and work collaboratively with the business and IT staff to develop roadmap for future state data infrastructure.


* Assist in design and development of data self-serve applications in partnership with internal data infrastructure COE.


* Proactively drive initiatives that will improve efficiencies by development of smart reporting, Business KPI dashboards & monitoring capabilities. Assist in process improvement strategies aimed at improving the overall efficiency of reporting and analytics environment.


* Play role of a Data-Product owner for Loyalty solutions and perform enterprise data owner and attestation responsibilities.

Required Qualifications, US:

* 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

* Knowledge of SQL or SAS
