  • Escort guests when needed.
  • Confirm guest with visitor's log.
  • Inform associates of guest arrival.
  • Communicate with Security with any issues that arise.
  • Alert building Maintenace of the need to rollout weather rugs.
  • Keep a log for monthly reports.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Minimal administrative work. Great customer service and customer facing skills, computer literacy, professional demeanor and appearance as will be interacting with customer, vendors and guests.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English languarge and communicate as such. standard of 50 # lift as there is walking, bending and twisting required.
  • Formal Dress Code/ Black slats, white bottom down shirt & Black blazer or jacket
  •  Parking garages nearby at your own expense.
  • Public transportation suggested
