Position Summary:
As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding a team of behavior therapists to ensure they are providing high-quality services to clients with autism. You will work collaboratively with families, educators, and community members to support clients in achieving their individual goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with families to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements
Participate in professional development activities
Manage a team of behavior therapists to provide leadership, growth, and guidance
Required Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Current state licensure as a behavior analyst
Strong clinical skills and experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
At least one year of experience supervising behavior therapists/RBTs
Salary: now offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus
Up to $87,500 per year.
