Nystrom & Associates is seeking full-time, licensed psychologist to provide psychological evaluations, diagnostic assessments, group and individual psychotherapy, case consultation and supervision at our Residential Treatment Center in Big Lake, MN.

Qualified candidates will have competencies in serious persistent mental illness and substance use disorder. Duties of this position will include:

Provide psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments
Provide group and individual psychotherapy
Designs and implements treatment plans and ongoing therapy reflective of patient needs
Provide clinical supervision to master’s or doctorate level providers
Maintain legible and organized outpatient records in accordance with policy requirements
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews
Follow policies and procedures of Nystrom & Associates, Ltd
Responsible for timely completion of Managed Care applications and ongoing documentation as needed
Other duties as assigned

In this position, we are particularly interested in hiring a psychologist to complete psychological evaluations, diagnostic assessments, case consults, take on interns, and 1:1s.

Requirements

Active and unrestricted licensure as a LP in the state of Minnesota
Doctoral Degree from an APA accredited academic program
Must be comfortable working with adults
Experience using Electronic Health Records
