*Family Community Support Team (FCST): *Provide a wide range of community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families. This includes functional support services to help patients attain treatment goals.
*Individual Placement Services (IPS):* Support clients with all aspects of employment as part of a community-based vocational counseling team. Continuously network with local employers with intention to develop jobs for clients. 1st shift.
*Integrated Transition Team:* Provide community-based, face-to-face interventions to individuals to support successful transitions in care. Assist older youths and adults with behavioral health challenges to manage their transitional needs, bridging the gap between institutional living and community services.
*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*
* Knowledge of the mental health and substance use fields
* Knowledge of vocational and employment services
* Strong ability to network in the community
* Strong sense of team work
* Self-Starter, Independent
* Communicates effectively with staff, clients, and community partners.
* Willingness to use non-stigmatizing, nonjudgmental, client-centered language
*Education:* Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, rehab counseling, education/counseling, or related field from an accredited university is required.
*Experience:* Past experience in the mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) fields is preferred, as well as basic fundamental computer experience.
*Qualifications:* Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile with liability insurance in the amount required by agency policy.
