HighRoad Human Services is currently seeking a clinician-- therapist, counselor, or social worker to join our team We strive for a home-away-from-home type of workplace, and this is what sets us apart from other agencies. If your colleagues are not in session, their doors are open most of the time so you can stop in, staff a case, get support, brainstorm ideas together, or just build relationships

While we do the legwork for marketing and welcoming new clients to our clinic, you can expect to select your caseload based on your skills and interests. You choose your ideal working hours and have flexibility with scheduling. We offer supervision on site and regular CEU trainings that you get paid to attend.

Our agency serves children, teens, adults, and families in an outpatient setting in Coeur d'Alene. We see clients of all types and backgrounds. The ideal candidate will be excited to learn, passionate about helping others, and motivated to gain experience working with a variety of clients.

Licensure requirements: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LAMFT, or license eligible in the state of Idaho. We can help with the licensure process.

A strong desire to learn alongside a team of devoted professionals is a must We are dedicated to providing quality psychotherapy.
