What will you do as an Admissions Coordinator
Update and log daily census. Maintain & balance Resident Days Report
Complete & coordinate referrals from hospital social workers
Coordinate admissions to the facility notify nursing and other departments
Schedule & perform facility tours
Responsible for communicating admissions/discharges, changes in level of care, pay status, and room changes to nursing department, business office, and pharmacy
Advise resident and families of Medicare, Medical Assistance qualifications
Assist Director of Social Services as needed

Prior experience in Admissions and Marketing in a Healthcare setting
