We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Charlotte, NC. We are looking for someone who is confident, has great bedside manner, feels a responsibility to help motivate, teach, and lead others to a healthier lifestyle with lots of experience conversing with patients. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is passionate about providing exceptional care to the whole family, off all ages, in a team setting, has 1-2 years of experience and has ICPA/ pediatric and Webster certifications. Our Family Chiropractic office has been proudly serving the community for over 5 years and we continue to grow due to our fantastic reputation for providing the highest level of care, caring for patients of all ages and all stages of life- prenatal, birth, to geriatrics. Our k nowledgeable and well-respected team of chiropractors, massage therapist, and support staff, work together for optimal patient results, working to improve our patient’s quality of life. We provide exceptional care that is designed to reignite our patients, reconnecting their mind, and replenishing their being. By providing individualized therapy, we focus on healing and helping our patients with various health challenges reverse their conditions with nutritional, lifestyle, and supplement therapy. Our clinic is committed to finding solutions that help our patients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Perform initial exams and re-exams (HPI, medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
  • Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
  • Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
  • Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , and benefits of continued chiropractic care
  • Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead/seated chair, Webster, Activator/TRT , rehab and various physiotherapy treatments (no prior experience necessary for tissue scraping, cupping, laser therapy, electrical stimulation)
  • Documentation and Charting (timely notes, medical correspondence)
  • Work cooperatively with multidisciplinary team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
  • Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met
  • Weekly community involvement/marketing
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
  • Active Chiropractic license North Carolina license
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred
  • ICPA/ pediatric and Webster certifications preferred (or willingness to acquire)
Schedule:
  • Full time (Mon-Fri)
Compensation (range):
  • $80k-$85k per year
