Technical Accounting Manager Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 + bonus Why This Opportunity Stands Out:Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.• Newly created Technical Accounting Manager position at a high-growth, publicly traded company• Hands-on role with direct visibility to senior leadership, including the CFO and Controller• Opportunity to own technical accounting research and policy development in a complex, evolving environment• Key contributor to SEC reporting, acquisitions, and implementation of new accounting standards• Collaborative, people-first culture with strong work-life balance and career development opportunities• Hybrid schedule with unique remote flexibility during winter months• Competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and a strong 401(k) match Key Responsibilities for the Technical Accounting Manager:• Research, document, and implement accounting treatment for complex transactions under US GAAP• Draft technical accounting memos and provide guidance to finance and operations teams• Monitor and assess the impact of new and emerging accounting standards (FASB, SEC)• Support preparation and review of SEC filings, including 10-Q, 10-K, and earnings releases• Assist in M&A due diligence, purchase accounting, and integration of acquisitions• Maintain and enhance internal controls and ensure SOX 404 compliance• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Legal on accounting and reporting issues• Support quarterly reviews and annual audits, serving as a key contact for external auditors• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in reporting processes, systems, and controls Qualifications for the Technical Accounting Manager:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting required• CPA required• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience (Big 4 or public accounting/public company mix preferred)• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal controls• Proven ability to xhuatnn draft and present clear, well-supported technical accounting positions• Experience with SOX 404 compliance and implementation of new standards• Familiarity with Workiva, JD Edwards, or OneStream a plus• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Technical Accounting Manager to step into a highly visible, newly created role with a growing public company that values technical expertise, collaboration, and career growth. $120,000 - $150,000 + bonus #INDEC2025#ZRCFS#LI-AH1
