What's the Job?




  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules in collaboration with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
  • Monitor progress against project schedules and milestones and identify schedule variances and risks.
  • Analyze schedule impacts of changes to project scope, resources, or priorities and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare schedule reports and presentations to communicate schedule status and performance to project stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations to optimize project schedules, including resource leveling, critical path analysis, and schedule compression.


What's Needed?




  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Experience working as a project planner/scheduler or project controls specialist in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and tools, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and techniques, including schedule development, resource management, and risk analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
