*M&A Communications Specialist

M&A Communications Specialist will partner closely with our ES M&A and Corp Dev teams to craft compelling, timely, and impactful comms, as part of a holistic employee journey. Being the brilliant communicator and accomplished multi-tasker that you are, you will field requests from various functions to ensure employees are kept informed and, most importantly, feel a part of the company. As part of the Employee Engagement team, you will help translate the ES M&A narrative and its key programs into amazing, on-brand, and digestible visual content to aid acquired employees and senior stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Write time-sensitive comms for acquired employees with clear CTAs
* Deliver weekly cross-functional employee newsletters
* Build relationships across teams to proactively collect information from multiple business partners to guide the narrative
* Deliver visual communications that bring the ES M&A narrative to life
* Transform dense content into easy to digest visuals
* Ensure consistent implementation of our brand and style guidelines
* Leverage engagement metrics to inform content and innovative ideas

Requirement:
* 2-4 years of relevant experience
* A Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Graphic Design or equivalent field is required
* Understand and demonstrate the fundamental principles of graphic design (brand, layout, typography, illustration) as it applies to presentation design
* Proven ability to multi-task and work with multiple deadlines
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Open to feedback
* Flexibility to iterate with a team, as well as break off and develop individual concepts when needed
* Self-motivated, independent, and committed to getting things done
* Proficient in MS Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides

* Experience with Marketing Cloud, a plus
