Employer Industry: Nutritional Supplements Why Consider this Job Opportunity: Competitive salary and annual incentive program Comprehensive health care and flexible benefit plan, including pet insurance Monthly car allowance and gas reimbursement $450 monthly Standard Process supplement allowance Opportunities for professional development through educational assistance and access to Life Coaches Strong community involvement and company-hosted outings and events What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Drive revenue across the defined territory by nurturing existing accounts and building new ones Regularly visit healthcare practitioner (HCP) offices to achieve budgeted sales volume and established goals Utilize CRM for effective territory management, including pre-call planning and post-call notes Conduct educational programs for HCPs and distributor sales representatives, both in-person and virtually Analyze market data and trends to identify business opportunities and develop promotional strategies What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline Valid drivers license 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the health and wellness sector Strong understanding of nutrition basics Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in sales representing natural or complementary/alternative products Proven success in product sales and territory development Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategies from sales data analysis Polished presentation and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously J-18808-Ljbffr
