Responsibilities:
- Lead timely and accurate delivery of financial actuals, collaborating with Business Unit (BU) Finance and business teams.
- Perform thorough analytical review of financial statements, including variance analysis and comparisons to prior periods.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards to maintain integrity of financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor the Balance Sheet, address open items, perform and review reconciliations, and identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Oversee financial closing process, lead pre-close meetings, define and implement mitigation actions to address issues, and drive improvements to meet deadlines and ensure correctness of actuals.
- Coordinate documentation for accruals, provisions, and special items, support audits, budget preparation, and act as SAP FICO key user.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Accounting/Controlling, in a Manufacturing environment with costing experience.
- Proficient understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
- Experience working in a shared service model or matrixed organization.
- SAP experience required, S4 HANA PC experience a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal stakeholders.
