The Opportunity

Are you passionate about risk management and client safety? Do you excel in building strong relationships and creating strategies to support business leaders in mitigating risk? If so, we want you on our team

As a Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering high-quality risk management services, collaborating closely with Client Executives across various practice groups. Your focus will be on cost containment strategies, regulatory compliance, and delivering value to our clients by interpreting data, drafting safety programs, and leading training initiatives. You will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of clients, analyzing risk reports, and acting as a trusted consultant.
How You Will Make an Impact
  • Develop risk management strategies for middle and large businesses
  • Assist Client Executives with negotiations and renewals
  • Deliver timely risk management reports, safety programs, and custom training sessions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and carrier partners
  • Provide expert consultation on risk management programs to enhance client safety and reduce costs
  • Manage multiple client workloads, ensuring timely execution of deliverables
What You Will Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Safety, or a related field, with 3+ years of health, safety, or risk management experience
  • Knowledge of workers' compensation data analysis, ergonomics, and loss prevention
  • Familiarity with OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and NFPA standards
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • A strong team player with proven ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Wisconsin P&C Insurance license (or the ability to obtain it within 6 months)
