GovCIO Capture Manager - Jackson, Mississippi GovCIO is currently hiring for a Capture Manager. This position will be a fully remote position.
Responsibilities
Develops key business relationships in the government marketplace, with a primary responsibility for identifying and developing opportunities for business expansion.
Supports the development of customer or market penetration strategies and individual opportunity win strategies, account plans, technology development plans, and partnering strategies.
May lead capture efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts, or task order business.
Develops and maintains sales pipeline in commercial and federal markets to support commercial sales and other cyber related products and services.
Acts as liaison with government agencies and offices.
Ensures that the business development strategy is implemented and makes recommendations for change or modification to strategy.
Leads teams to develop and deliver various professional services solutions including whitepapers, demonstrations, proposals, and other internally developed products used to identify, qualify, and capture new business.
Assists in developing and facilitating the sales process for specific clients, including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations, and client presentations.
Builds key customer relationships to maintain a good position in the market.
Maintains extensive knowledge of the current developments in the government marketplace to assess the position of the Company and determine how to improve it.
Coordinates sales effort with marketing, management, accounting, contracts, pricing, and technical groups.
Manages the implementation and execution of commercial products and services specific to executed sales.
Participates in professional/trade association activities and customer events.
Interfaces directly with clients on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction with solutions, develop stronger ongoing relationships, build new and broader relationships, and identify additional opportunities for Company solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience (or commensurate experience).
Required Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated analytical, reasoning, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated skills in communicating technical information to non-technical and technical customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with executive and senior leadership.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Secret Clearance is preferred.

Posted Pay Range:
The posted pay range reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
Posted Salary Range:
USD $190,000.00 - USD $230,000.00 /Yr.
