Director of Inside Sales

Overview:
Our client, a full-service provider of payment solutions and support, is searching for a Director of Inside Sales to add to their sales leadership. Their solutions unlock the complicated world of payment processing with multiple bank sponsorships, the variety of best-in-class technology platforms, a wide-selection of hardware, on-site underwriting, and technical support experts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales and managing a sales staff. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and build strong relationships with partners. Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, oversee and lead inside sales managers and associated staff. Current teams in Las Vegas, NV and Tempe, AZ
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales teams to maximize performance
- Develop, execute and monitor sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and success for all sales campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Provide daily reporting on inside sales performance and market dynamics
- Strategically cultivate new accounts and seek opportunities to expand business
- Continuously refine and optimize the sales process to enhance productivity
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance the company's visibility and reputation
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in the industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem, including key players, trends, and challenges
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
- Willingness to travel as needed
