Here is what our hiring manager wants you to know about this key role within the Bank: "We are seeking a client-focused investment professional who is eager to leverage their experience and expertise to pursue positive outcomes for our clients. The ideal candidate is equal parts practitioner and business developer, balancing demonstrated technical capability and a desire to build a book of business. If you are looking for an opportunity for growth with the support of a full-service financial institution, we want to talk to you." What are the Responsibilities: Build a book of business through referral activity sourced from various in-house business line partners and external COIs; Assess clients' financial situations by gathering information regarding investments, asset allocation, savings, tax planning, retirement planning, and estate planning; Develop customized financial plans to meet clients' needs and goals; Provide recommendations in areas such as insurance coverage, investment strategies, and other financial services; Monitor clients' accounts and keep them informed about changes in the market; Stay up-to-date on financial industry trends and regulations; Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service and regular communication; and Providing access to services available through the Bank's Trust & Investment Services. Qualifications Required: A high school diploma or GED; Series 7 license; Series 63 and 65, or Series 66 license, State life/health insurance licenses; Proficient interpersonal relations, communicative and sales skills; A thorough knowledge of current brokerage, securities, insurance, and trust regulations; Proficient PC skills, including a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook; and Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred: A bachelor's degree and a minimum of three (3) years' experience; Specialized trust education, training, together with and professional designations.
