Job Description:
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems and products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and industry standards. Your expertise will guide the engineering process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of electrical systems, circuits, and components.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, research, and simulations to validate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with mechanical engineers and other disciplines to create integrated solutions.
  • Oversee testing and validation processes, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and interns.
  • Analyze and resolve engineering issues and provide innovative solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and design reviews.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance product offerings.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on power systems or circuit board design.
  • Strong proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., CAD software, MATLAB, SIMULINK).
  • Solid understanding of relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
