Project Management: Lead HR projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, making adjustments as necessary to achieve successful outcomes. Develop and implement project plans that drive process improvements across the HR function. Process Improvement: Identify and analyze existing HR processes; recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Utilize data and metrics to assess the impact of changes and refine strategies accordingly. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment. Proven project management experience, with a track record of successful process improvements. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with UKG Pro a plus. J-18808-Ljbffr
