The Commercial Business Development Manager III will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of Isolere. Reporting to the GM of Isolere, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategic initiatives to expand our client base and increase revenue streams. They will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. An ideal candidate will have experience within the life sciences industry launching and growing new technologies. This individual will be responsible for external-facing activities related to collaborations and partnerships, supply agreements, channel partnerships, and other business development transactions. Due to the early nature of Isolere's products, a great candidate will also have an entrepreneurial spirit while still being able to navigate the established supporting corporate culture of Donaldson and contribute to its growing life science business. Role Responsibilities: Develop and execute business deals that deliver value to Isolere and lead to early adopters (co-development and supply agreements) Seek out and assess channel partnership opportunities Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives and targets. Drive customer adoption and retention strategies Seek out and nurture strong customer relationships with decision makers in customer segments, including pharma, biotech, C(D/M/R)Os, vector cores, and related industries Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and commercial team buildout Regularly analyze sales cycle and adjust tactics accordingly Develop processes and tools to ensure excellent customer experience and sales team operations Support GM in compiling data and presentations for senior management Support Isolere's product and technology roadmaps by contributing information on customer needs and market trends Participate in promotional activities including trade show attendance, as needed Minimum Qualifications: 5 years' experience in life sciences corporate or business development role Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biosciences, Biochemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related field. Established network within the Pharma industry, especially advanced therapeutic modalities.
