Technical Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Manage new lead generation and all activities needed to exceed sales targets.
- Work well with the inside sales team, engineering, and sales management to meet the revenue goals of Air Burners, Inc.
- Ability to work and communicate efficiently with our inside engineering teams and our customer's engineers to develop new solutions in the wood waste industry.
- Proactively meet with prospects and active accounts to generate new opportunities.
- Penetrate and develop strong customer relationships with key accounts.
- Execute sales plan and the priorities of Air Burner, Inc.
- Ability to travel a minimum of 25%.
Minimum Requirements:
- Business or Science BA/BS or comparable work experience.
- 5 years of business-to-business sales or equivalent proven sales abilities.
- Proven track record of managing/building successful relationships in the capital equipment market.
- Ability to work independently.
Other Requirements:
- Self-starter, abilities to plan visits, prioritize your time, react quickly to opportunities, and provide persistent follow-up.
- Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, verbal and written.
- Knowledge or understanding of wood waste is a plus, but continuous training is provided by our Sales Director.
- Ability to learn and proficiently utilize a CRM system.
- Must be able to commute to Palm City, FL.
