Job Description:

Project Genesis, Inc. is currently seeking staff to deliver services as Independent Living Skills Trainers (ILST) within our Acquired Brain Injury Program.

Work one-on-one with individuals in Groton and Niantic to help improve their ability to live independently in the community. Provide non-medical care, supervision, and socialization in accordance with the client’s service plan.

Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem Schedules Available. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available depending on experience and position.

Niantic - ILST, Part Time, Per Diem, Days, Evenings, Weekends.

Independent Living Skills Trainer Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Reliable transportation, good driving record, valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • 2 years' experience working with ABI with High School Diploma or Equivalent OR 1 year experience working with ABI with Bachelor's degree
  • Include Ref ABI100 or ABIST230 on Subject Line, EOE/AA, #HCA.0001083

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Salary: $16.00 per hour
