Job Title: Rookie Director (Management program)Adult Division  Job Overview:We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Rookie Director (management) program. As a Rookie Director, you will undergo a comprehensive coaching program designed to develop your leadership skills, business acumen, operational expertise and customer experience.  Responsibilities:
  • Learning and Development: Participate in a structured coaching program to gain a deep understanding of our business operations, industry dynamics, and company culture.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as a frontline representative, interacting with customers and partners to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Excellence: Acquire hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of the business, becoming proficient in areas such as inventory management, financial analysis, process optimization, running and organizing leagues and events.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve collective goals, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.
  • Business Expansion: Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying opportunities for new partnerships, cultivating relationships within the community, and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Safety and Well being: Ensure the safety of all participants during activities, implementing and enforcing safety protocols. Be attentive to individual needs, recognizing and accommodating diverse abilities and skill levels.
  • Planning and Organization: Develop schedules in advance, tailoring activities to the specific age group. Organize and coordinate age-appropriate games, leagues, activities and events that align with program goals.
  • Promoting a Love for Sports: Instill a love for sports and physical activity in adult participants, emphasizing the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle.
  • Leadership Development: Demonstrate leadership potential by taking on increasing responsibilities and actively participating in leadership training sessions.
  • Performance Evaluation: Receive constructive feedback on performance and progress, with a focus on continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
 Qualifications:
  • Teacher/coach/mentor preferred.
  • Game Changer
  • Business background a plus.
  • Previous sports background strongly encouraged.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to take on increasing responsibilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
  • First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred.
  • FDLE Background check mandatory.
