Duties
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage office administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls
  • Utilize Google Suite to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate and organized records and files
  • Handle and distribute mail and packages
  • Provide customer support and resolve issues promptly
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as typing, proofreading, and data entry
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Operate office equipment, including phone systems and computers
  • Ensure the office is well-stocked with office supplies
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
  • Ability to operate office equipment, including phone systems and computers
  • Strong typing and proofreading skills
  • Experience with customer support and resolving issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of office software and computer applications
  • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
  • Experience with file management and organization
  • Familiarity with office systems and processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
