Associate Dentist

Full-time contract. NO weekends

Currently, Monday thru Thursday, Fridays could be optional. 

We are a Privately owned, long standing and fast growing Full Service Family Dental office who is seeking a full-time General Dentist Associate to join or practice in Gastonia, NC.   Office is Fee for Service and we participate with a number of Insurances.   

We are the only dental office in the area with over 600 plus five star reviews.  

We are looking for a caring, and professional doctor who is dedicated to providing the highest quality patient experience combined with being part of an experienced and energetic team.  

Hours will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an hour lunch.  

As a member of our team, you will work in a beautifully remodeled, modern office with a highly qualified, dedicated and patient focused team, as well as having the opportunity to care for an outstanding group of patients.

We have CBCT imaging, intraoral scanners, intraoral cameras, implant system, Cerec machine and a lot more.  We do dentistry from A to Z.  Complete autonomy from diagnosis to treatment planning. Mentorship is available. Enormous growth potential CE allowance negotiable.

Dr./Owner will work with Associate Dentist as a mentor and help refine or teach the right candidate with any and all procedures.

Job Type: Contract, experience 3+ years preferred
Pay: fixed daily minimum or percentage of collection-whichever is higher
