Position Overview:We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves screening and fielding incoming calls, pre-qualifying potential sales opportunities, and providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries, answering phones and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Pre-qualify potential sales leads by asking targeted questions to identify needs and budget alignment.
  • Schedule consultations and coordinate with the sales team to assign leads appropriately.
Operational Support:
  • Manage office workflows, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
  • Act as the liaison between the owners, sales team, and clients to ensure smooth communication and task delegation.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales data, and appointments.
  • Generate reports for owners, summarizing sales leads, pre-qualification outcomes, and operational updates.
  • Assist in creating and refining office processes for better efficiency.
Customer Experience:
  • Represent the company with a warm, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience to every client interaction.
  • Resolve minor client issues promptly and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team member.
Team & Culture Contribution:
  • Foster a positive and collaborative office environment.
  • Actively contribute to team morale and culture, ensuring a supportive and uplifting workplace.
  • Support owners in ad hoc projects and tasks, ensuring their priorities are met.

Qualifications:Experience:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Experience in the home improvement or window treatment industry is a plus.
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
