Calibration Technician

Responsibilities:
- Test & Calibrate Paint Tinting Machines to Proper Settings/Formulas
- Make Adjustments to Machines as Needed
- Remove Machines & Install New Machinery
- Recognize Safety Hazards and Follow Safety Guidelines
- Time Record Keeping
- Problem Solving
- Ability to Work Later When Needed to Finish Project
- Report Project Progress
- Other Miscellaneous Duties as Required
- Expert Communicator among co-workers, subordinates, and clients
- Time Management
- 3 years of Experience Managing a Team
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving Skills
- Computer & Smart Phone Skills (Tech Savvy)
- Multitasking Skills
- Retail Merchandising Experience Preferred
- Retail Store Experience Required
- POG/ Diagram Experience Preferred
- Must Travel Up to 350 miles (months at a time with breaks in between)
