- As a Sous Chef, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining all kitchen functions, planning budgets, managing financials, ordering products, and upholding health and safety standards.
- You'll step into the Executive Chef's shoes when called for, demonstrating your comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, P&L statements, and leadership skills.
- Above all, you'll be a mentor for your team, fostering their growth.
- You’ll also champion honesty, and integrity inside and outside the kitchen, striving for 100% customer satisfaction.
- Our Sous Chef should have flexible availability to cater to our bustling restaurant's needs.
