  • As our Sous Chef, you'll have the reins of the back-of-house operations, ensuring every dish is orchestrated with passion and perfection. 
  • You’ll inspire and coach our culinary staff to create meals that go above and beyond our guests' expectations. 
  • As a Sous Chef, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining all kitchen functions, planning budgets, managing financials, ordering products, and upholding health and safety standards. 
  • You'll step into the Executive Chef's shoes when called for, demonstrating your comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, P&L statements, and leadership skills.
