What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and manage installation teams on residential and commercial projects.
  • Perform installations of various window treatments, including motorized and complex systems.
  • Conduct site evaluations to ensure all measurements, materials, and tools are prepared.
  • Train and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and supplies to support efficient operations.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in window treatment installation or a similar trade. Leadership experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using tools such as drills, measuring tapes, and ladders. Experience with motorized systems is highly preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Commitment to quality workmanship and precise measurements.
  • Communication Skills: Professional demeanor with excellent client interaction abilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and travel to job sites.
  • Driver’s License: A valid license and reliable transportation are required.
