We’re seeking a hands-on General Manager with at least 7 years of proven success in restaurant management, specifically within high-volume, casual dining settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for a tenured leader who excels in guest engagement, team development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Inspire, train, and manage a dedicated team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and hospitality.
  • Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective marketing strategies, upselling, and maintaining consistent food and beverage quality.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and scheduling, optimizing resources to balance quality and cost control.
  • Engage directly with guests, creating memorable dining experiences and addressing feedback to continuously enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and clean dining environment.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a General Manager in a restaurant or bar environment, ideally in a high-volume, casual dining setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a hands-on, people-first approach.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including budgeting, P&L, and inventory management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
