All sales calls are inbound
Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls from clients seeking specific parts for their manufacturing process.
- The Inside Sales Rep will be in direct contact with customers (almost exclusively by email/phone) to assist them with their spare parts and service needs, generate quotes, and provide product information.
- Comfortable with up-selling and proactively developing new opportunities.
- Need someone energetic, self-motivated, and flexible in tasks.
Education/Experience:
- Prior Inside Sales Experience.
- Telephone Sales experience is helpful.
- Strong skills in Excel.
- BS/BA in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience (preferred, not required).
- Technical Sales experience preferred.
This is a direct-hire, long-term career opportunity with lots of room for growth and advancement, we offer an in-depth, side-by-side, paid training program. Starting compensation is $50K base plus commissions ($20K-$40K projected commissions 1st year).
