- Ability to read, analyze and interpret policies, documents and state and federal regulations.
- Ability to prepare and submit accurate reports as needed.
- Ability to give performance reviews and give corrective actions.
- Ability to remain calm and resolve conflict.
- Ability to work quickly and effectively individually and as a team at a desk but mostly on feet, inside & outside during all weather conditions.
