The Staff Assistant is responsible administrative support for the Arts and Sciences department. Will serve as main source of information, effectively responding to inquiries from potential customers, participants, academic collaborators. Will prepare and maintain records, reports, budget and plans. May maintain a web page, website, or program materials. Will manager outlook, emails and calendars. 

Would live someone who has worked in an academic setting. 

Office experienced required along with a BA, MS Office, able to multi-task, and meet deadlines.
