Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations to ensure a professional and efficient work environment.
- Maintain and oversee bookkeeping processes, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Utilize QuickBooks for accurate financial management and reporting.
- Handle communication with vendors, clients, and team members.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence.
- Oversee inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Support HR-related tasks, including onboarding and employee record maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role.
- Strong bookkeeping skills with proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.
