11th Hour Service is currently seeking a Strategic Communications Consultant to support a Federal agency client based at Fort Belvoir, VA (on-site). Key areas of support include:
  • Prepare the Agency Strategic Communications Plan (ASCP).
  • Communicate the Campaign of Adaptive Sustainment (CAS); Manage the Agency Professional Writing Program.
  • Develop ASCP Assessment Plan.
  • Adopt the ASCP; Prepare Subcomponent Plans of ASCP.
 Other role requirements include the ability to perform the following tasks: 
  • Completing assigned engagement tasks and deliverables.
  • Conducting research, collecting, and distilling data.
  • Analyzing business requirements and defining applicable tools and methodologies.
  • Supporting the implementation of business solutions, process improvement diagnoses, process modeling and documentation, and benchmarking activities.
  • Contributes to presentations and client meetings.

Requirements:
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
